I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Katie, an IBCLC lactation consultant and certified babywearing educator. I work with families across Baltimore and the surrounding counties, offering lactation, infant feeding, and babywearing guidance that is practical, grounded, and responsive to real life. I see families in their homes or virtually, depending on what works best for you.
Feeding a baby isn’t just about milk—it’s about connection, confidence, and finding rhythms that work for your family. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, or navigating a mix of all three, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening and find a way forward that feels sustainable.
I also use babywearing as a tool to help meet your feeding goals, while promoting regulation, closeness, and ease in daily life—helping you find positioning and carriers that help your baby feel safely held, while also helping you feel more held in your own experience of early parenthood.
My approach is calm, collaborative, and individualized. There is no one “right” way to feed or soothe a baby, and most challenges are not about doing something wrong—they’re about adjusting to a rapidly changing little human and learning what works for both of you.
I serve families in Baltimore City and the surrounding counties, offering in-home and virtual care depending on your needs and location.
If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or just want more ease in your feeding or carrying routines, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
